Who can join it

This one is not limited by plan — any Discovery Health Medical Scheme member who meets the scheme’s criteria can join.

“If you are approved for hypertension, ischaemic heart disease or hyperlipidaemia on the Chronic Illness Benefit (CIB), you can consult with your nominated GP in the Premier Plus network to enrol you on the Cardio Care Programme.”
